How do I know the products I’m ordering are genuine?
Yes they are, the majority of our products are manufactured here in Thailand under strict Government supervision, we only buy from Government licensed Pharmacies. Products from other Countries are all bought under license and there is no chance of getting counterfeit goods from our website. There are a lot of fake Steroids made in China and the old Eastern block Countries, but none of these ever appear on the market place here. Many Bodybuilders from all over the World come here to train and stock up on the gear they need, Thailand is known worldwide for it’s genuine steroids.

I am very sceptical about ordering online, how do I know your company is legitimate and I won’t get scammed?
First, we plan on continuing to serve the worldwide internet community for a long time to come and would not do anything to jeopardize our reputation of honesty & integrity. Second, we do not have any minimum order requirements, so if you would like to do one or several small ‘test’ orders to try us and our products out, that is perfectly fine. We have invested a lot of time and effort in building our franchise and developing this web site. We are here for the long run.

How long does shipment process take?
Estimated deliverance time for our shipment for the tabs and the liquids in alternatives plastics bags is maxi 3 business days within Europe, 5-6 business days to the U.S.A. and the rest of the world with EMS (USPS)
Estimated deliverance time for our shipment for the liquids in bottles of glass is maxi 7-11 business days within Europe, 10-14 business days to the U.S.A. and the rest of the world with EMS (USPS). This shipping time will depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.

How are products shipped?
We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Since prescription is not submitted, products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume and the noise.
Our organization name is not indicated on any package to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery. With custom we have 98% success to USA, 97% success to any country of €U and Australia for the moment.
If you request by E-Mail, for more than 10 flasks (of 10ml) of the same product, we can withdraw the liquid of the flasks which we put in a bottle of baby oil for example (the whole is sterilized) and we send 3 packages to you, 1 box produces it baby oil, another box the flasks empty and one envelope with the labels. Recorded/certified packages
We are sending only recorded/certified packages (that mean that packages passed the custom control) and it is can not happened to not get your package.

How is bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
If the order is large enough to not fit in the same shipment package as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages.
No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order and for the price of one invoice.

Do I need a prescription to order?
A prescription is NOT required to order our products.

What is the cost of shipping?
We have only two methods of shipping - by couriers (DHL, TNT, FedEx) or EMS (USPS). Shipping costs 58$ no matter how big your order is. The price includes manufacture of safety, see How are products shipped?. For all shipping, you will receive the same day that our order will be to the post office your tracking number by mail.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?
We have no limits to how much you can order.

We use a shipping point in Thailand.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

Where do I send my payment?
Information on where to send your payment is provided after you place an order, and is sent directly to your e-mail address. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay.

How long does it take for you to receive my Western Union transfer?
Payments made by Western Union are normally processed and cleared within 1-2 business day. Confirmation of payment will follow by mail once payment has cleared.

Is it legal to purchase these products?
Since laws differ from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local FDA or customs office regarding the regulations and restrictions of your country.

Are you a legitimate company?

We do offer discounts for bulk orders. We are always willing to make a better deal for your order if it is bigger.
Do you have any ‘other’ drugs available?
If by that question, you mean other steroids, we can certainly do our best to find that for you. If however you mean recreational drugs or ‘party’ drugs the answer is absolutely no. Here at AnabolStore we believe in living healthy lifestyles. Any emails/requests about recreational/party drugs will be ignored and deleted.
